Sobi Wins Positive CHMP Opinion to Expand TRYNGOLZA Use

EMA’s CHMP issued a positive opinion on extending TRYNGOLZA’s indication to adults with sHTG (≥880 mg/dL). An EC decision is expected in Q4 2026. Data showed up to 72% triglyceride reduction at six months and an 85% reduction in adjudicated acute pancreatitis events over 12 months.
