Rythm Adds Señorita Brand to GTI License, Raising Annual Base Fees $250,000

Rythm amended its Trademark and Recipe License Agreement with GTI Core to add the Señorita brand. Subject to legal permission and Nasdaq standards, Rythm will have exclusive commercialization rights outside state-regulated dispensaries.
