FINANCIAL EFFECTS The deregistration and dissolution of Jadekind will not have any material financial impact on the earnings, net assets and gearing of Puncak Group for the financial year ending 31 December 2026. DIRECTORS' AND/OR MAJOR SHAREHOLDERS' INTEREST None of the Directors and/or major shareholders of PNHB and/or persons connected with them has any interest, direct or indirect, in the deregistration and dissolution of Jadekind.
