As disclosed in the announcement dated 13 March 2026, unit holders of the Fund were informed of their rights to call for a unit holders' meeting pursuant to Section 305 of the Capital Markets and Services Act 2007. As confirmed by Principal Asset Management Berhad (in its capacity as the outgoing manager of the Fund), it did not receive any request from the unit holders of the Fund to convene a unit holders' meeting
