Unless otherwise stated, all terms used herein shall have the same meaning as defined in the said announcements. The Board wishes to announce that the 2020 ESS is terminated with effect from 16 October 2026 ("2020 ESS Termination Date"). Since the implementation of the 2020 ESS on 20 October 2020 and after giving effect to the adjustments pursuant to, among others, the Company's bonus issue exercises completed on 17 January 2022 and 26 September 2024, a total of 178,645,946 Existing Options have been exercised, while 30,271,000 Existing Options remain unexercised as at the 2020 ESS Termination
