Asian cash markets finished mixed: the Nikkei 225 closed up 1.39 percent, the Hang Seng closed down 0.69 percent, the Shanghai Composite closed down 1.35 percent, the KOSPI closed up 2.05 percent and the ASX 200 closed up 0.9 percent. Asian volume leaders were Xiaomi down 1.55 percent, Alibaba up 1.97 percent, SoftBank Group up 1.9 percent, AIA Group up 0.83 percent and Meituan up 0.33 percent.
