Palm Oil Rises on Expectations of Lower Indonesian Output

Palm oil rises in Asian trading as drought and wildfires raise expectations of lower Indonesian production, AmInvestment Bank says. The bank adds that a planned higher biodiesel mandate could reduce export availability.
