Triad Confirms It Is Party A, Publishes Proposal to M&F Shareholders

Triad said it made four written proposals to M&F’s board and published an open letter after shareholders did not approve the Optus agreement on October 7. Triad said it would remain available on October 21, whichever way the vote goes.
