Japan's Katayama says she can't comment on whether extra budget needed or not

Japanese Finance Minister Satsuki Katayama said on Friday that she could not comment on whether an extra budget would be needed this autumn."Even if it were needed, any extra budget would be limited to urgent policy priorities," she said at a press conference.
