Nobel Resources Shareholders Approve Consolidation of Up to 5:1

Shareholders approved consolidating up to five pre-consolidation shares into one post-consolidation share. The ratio is at the board’s discretion and subject to TSXV approval. Shareholders also elected three directors and approved the stock option plan.
