Avnet Expands Credit Facility to $2.75 Billion, Removes SOFR Adjustment

Avnet amended its credit agreement, increasing aggregate commitments by $1.0 billion to $2.75 billion and raising the maximum additional commitments it can request to $1.0 billion.
