Crescent Biopharma Expands CR-001 Trial Combination Cohorts

The company says it is enrolling patients in standard-of-care chemotherapy combination cohorts in its global Phase 1/2 ASCEND trial and has initiated additional ADC combination studies. More than 125 patients have been dosed, and dose escalation is complete.
