Evofem Biosciences Extends Convertible Note Maturity to Dec. 1, 2026

A fifth amendment to Evofem Biosciences’ securities purchase agreement with Adjuvant modifies the terms of outstanding convertible notes. Maturity is set for the earlier of Dec. 1, 2026, a change of control at Adjuvant’s election, or acceleration.
