Fairmount Funds Discloses 19.99% Stake in Alaunos Therapeutics

A Schedule 13D filed Oct. 15 disclosed Fairmount Funds Management LLC’s 19.99% stake through common and preferred shares. The filing follows Alaunos’s merger with Velaris and a $350 million financing that closed Oct. 14.
