Brazil's center — south sugar output falls 6% in late September, ministry says

SAO PAULO, Oct 15 (Reuters) — Sugar production in Brazil's center-south region fell 6% in the second half of September from a year earlier to 2.86 million metric tons, data released by the Agriculture Ministry showed Thursday.
