Mortgage-Linked Stocks Rise as Treasury Yields Fall

Shares of ServisFirst Bancshares, Arbor Realty Trust, Franklin BSP Realty Trust, Rocket Companies and Walker & Dunlop rose in afternoon trading as mortgage lenders advanced and investors moved into government bonds. The 10-year Treasury yield fell more than 9 basis points to 5.093%, while the 30-year yield declined more than 9 basis points to 5.425%.
