Stifel Makes Minority Investment in Meow Technologies

Stifel will offer Meow’s treasury management platform to commercial banking clients through a white-label services agreement. Client onboarding is expected to begin in early 2027; investment terms were not disclosed.

Stifel Financial Corp. (NYSE: SF) announced a strategic minority investment in Meow Technologies, Inc. (“Meow”), a U.S. business banking fintech.

The firms also entered into a services agreement under which Stifel Bank, Stifel’s subsidiary bank, will offer commercial banking clients a white-label version of Meow’s treasury management platform, initially focused on Venture and Fund Banking. The agreement gives Stifel access to Meow’s current and future capabilities. The platform is intended to give Stifel clients a digital experience for managing cash, payments, cards and day-to-day treasury operations across operating companies and multi-entity fund structures. Stifel expects to begin onboarding clients in early 2027.
