The largest-ever MSP Summit demonstrated clear momentum as it brought together more than 1,500 registrants, including MSPs, technology suppliers, innovators, vendors, distributors, investors, marketplaces and leaders from across the nation. The mix gave attendees direct access to the people, ideas, innovations, and investment shaping every corner of the managed services market. The Summit’s vendor- and platform-neutral format also presented attending leaders with room to talk honestly about what is working, what is not and what it takes to produce real business results.

More than 80 speakers shared hard-earned lessons, proven frameworks and practical strategies to help MSP leaders operate more efficiently, improve profitability and deliver greater value to customers. “The response to this year’s summit reinforced that every channel partner offering managed services is a true MVP of the IT industry navigating customers through the complexities of the new AI economy,” said Robert DeMarzo, content leader for MSP Summit. “The magic of the MSP Summit is bringing those leaders together to learn from each other, challenge conventional thinking, and explore new opportunities.

We started with big-picture conversations on the mainstage and then gave attendees opportunities to dig deeper through workshops, peer discussions, and focused sessions they could put to work when they got back to the office.” Expanded Format Answers Market Demand for More Kicking off with a golf tournament and adding Monday workshops and keynotes turned the MSP Summit into three full days of learning and networking. The expanded schedule gave attendees more time with peers, partners and industry authorities, while letting them move from mainstage strategy into deeper sessions focused on their individual roles and business priorities.

Mainstage conversations featured MSP executives alongside suppliers, technology vendors, distributors, marketplaces, and investment leaders. Together, they discussed the trends, technology, models and outcomes redefining the market, including AI commercialization, cybersecurity, recurring revenue, platform economics, consolidation, capital and profitable growth. The event also convened the end-to-end financial ecosystem with an investment banker, a venture capitalist and a buyer coming together to discuss capital, consolidation and growth opportunities in the managed services market.

Keynote content also featured one of Microsoft’s highest-ranking channel leaders focused on the MSP market. MSP 501 Gala Celebrates Excellence and Enduring Leadership The sold-out MSP 501 Gala capped the event by honoring the 2026 MSP 501 companies and Special Awards winners, with recognition for AI, cybersecurity and cloud, as well as MSP of the Year and Executives of the Year honors. The evening also recognized MSP pioneers Len DiCostanzo and Manny Villa with MSP 501 Lifetime Achievement Awards for their longstanding leadership, service and impact on the managed services community.

The MSP 501 is the industry’s most comprehensive ranking and research program for managed service providers. Its companion research, sponsored by Ingram Micro, gives the market a data-driven view of how elite providers operate and where the industry is headed. The 2026 findings show recurring revenue growing at double digits and outpacing overall revenue growth of 9.6%. The peer benchmarking noted customer accounts rose 12.73% while workforce growth was 6.9%.

Another standout statistic for the MSP 501: 42% of participating MSPs report EBITDA margins above 15%. “Recognition celebrates the people, business, and real lifetime value within this community,” said David Raffo, senior conference editor and MSP 501 community manager.

“The Gala gives our industry’s top-performing MSPs a moment to celebrate what they have built, while the MSP 501 and MSPs to Watch research gives the broader market practical benchmarks and proven practices to learn from.” The continued growth of MSP Summit reflects the expanding influence of managed services across the technology industry and the increasingly important role MSPs play in helping organizations innovate, compete and grow. Next year’s event will return to Orlando at the Gaylord on Sept. 27-29, 2027.
