FG Communities Holdings Closes Mars Hill Community Acquisition

FG Communities Holdings closed the acquisition of a manufactured housing community in Mars Hill, North Carolina, adding 29 homesites on 19 acres in the Asheville market. The deal closed Oct. 9, 2026.
