WASHINGTON (dpa-AFX) - Labcorp Holdings Inc. (LH), which provides laboratory services, said Thursday it has agreed to buy select assets of BioReference Health, an OPKO Health Inc. (OPK) subsidiary, for 722 million in cash at closing.
