Krystal Biotech Reports Preliminary KB113 Data Showing BCC Lesion Regression

Krystal Biotech said more than 80% of assessed BCC landmark lesions regressed across three patients with Gorlin syndrome. The company also reported signs of an abscopal effect and said KB113 was well tolerated, with mild-to-moderate transient adverse events.
