Calumet to Redeem $150 Million of 9.75% Notes Due 2028

Calumet will redeem the notes on Oct. 25, 2026, at 102.438% plus accrued interest. The redemption brings debt reduced since July 2026 to about $265 million and annual cash interest savings to approximately $26 million.
