Cellectar Reports 87.5% ORR in Post-BTKi Waldenström’s Macroglobulinemia Subset

Cellectar reported an 87.5% overall response rate, 79.2% major response rate and 100% clinical benefit rate among 24 patients in a post-BTKi Waldenström’s macroglobulinemia subset, with median duration of response of 16 months. The company plans a Phase 3 progression-free survival study, with first dosing expected in 1Q27, and targets an FDA accelerated-approval filing in 1H27.
