Reference is further made to the first announcement in relation to the Company being classified as an affected listed issuer pursuant to Paragraph 8.03A(2)(b) of Listing Requirements made on 28 August 2026 ("8.03A First Announcement"). Unless otherwise defined, all abbreviations and definitions used herein shall have the same meaning as defined in the 8.03A First Announcement, the Monthly Announcements and PN17 First Announcement. On behalf of the Board of Directors of Ho Hup, Berjaya Securities Sdn Bhd wishes to announce that the Company had on 15 October 2026 submitted an application to Bursa Securities for an extension of time of 6 months, i.e.

up to 16 April 2027, to submit its regularisation plan to the relevant regulatory authorities ("2nd EOT Application"). The outcome of the 2nd EOT Application will be announced upon the decision received from Bursa Securities. This announcement is dated 15 October 2026.
