Following the cessation of the late Dato' Sharimahton Binti Mat Saleh as a member of the AC on 12 July 2026, the composition of AC of the Company has reduced to two (2) members which does not fulfil the requirement of Paragraph 15.09(1)(a) of the Main Market Listing Requirements ("MMLR").
