Bhd. ("CDTel") had on 2 October 2026 received a Notice of Award from the Malaysian Communications and Multimedia Commission ("MCMC"), informing CDTel that it had been selected as the successful applicant for the assignment of spectrum under Lot B pursuant to the Applicant Information Package No. 1 of 2026. On 15 October 2026, CDTel paid the applicable Price Component and accepted the Notice of Award. The acceptance of the Notice of Award does not constitute the issuance of the Spectrum Assignments to CDTel. The issuance of the Spectrum Assignments remains subject to the fulfilment of the conditions specified in the Notice of Award, the Applicant Information Package No. 1 of 2026 and the applicabl
