invIOs Reports Phase 1 APN401 Data in 17 Patients
APN401 was well tolerated in 17 patients with advanced solid tumors, with no dose-limiting toxicities. invIOs selected 4.5×10⁷ PBMCs/kg as the recommended Phase 2 dose; disease stabilization occurred in 5 of 10 RECIST-evaluable patients.
