Idemitsu says Toa Oil's 60,000 — bpd Keihin CDU restarted after maintenance
TOKYO, Oct 15 (Reuters) — Japan's Idemitsu Kosan said the 60,000-barrel-per-day crude distillation unit at the Keihin refinery near Tokyo, operated by its subsidiary Toa Oil, restarted on October 7 after planned maintenance. The unit had been offline since March 22. Idemitsu does not disclose why the maintenance took longer than usual, a company spokesperson said on Thursday.
