EasyJet on track to close Apollo deal by first quarter 2027

Oct 15 (Reuters) — EasyJet on Thursday published the scheme document for its £5.7 billion ($7.54 billion) takeover by Apollo, setting a shareholder vote for November and reaffirming its expectations to close the deal before the end of the first quarter of 2027.
