InterContinental Hotels Group Repurchases Shares for Cancellation

InterContinental Hotels Group says it repurchased ordinary shares on 14 October 2026 through Goldman Sachs International and intends to cancel them. After the transaction, 147,046,298 shares were in issue, excluding 5,431,782 held in treasury.
