Emilshus Raises 2026 Property Management Profit Forecast to SEK 500M
Fastighetsbolaget Emilshus raised its 2026 profit-from-property-management forecast to SEK 500 million from SEK 495 million. For January–September, revenue rose 29% to SEK 831 million and property-management profit rose 23% to SEK 374 million. The company also set a new dividend policy targeting a payout of about 25% of property-management profit.
