Indian IT Index Rises 2% as Infosys, TCS and HCLTech Gain
The Nifty IT index gained 2% on October 15, extending its three-session rise to about 8%. Infosys, TCS and HCLTech each added 3%.
The Nifty IT index led gains on October 15, advancing 2% and extending its rise over three sessions to about 8%. Infosys, TCS and HCLTech each climbed 3%. VK Vijayaku… said strength in IT shares after HCLTech’s results, along with optimism around those results, would support the IT index.
