Indu Bhan, New Delhi: The Supreme Court on Wednesday granted bail to Sanjay Surekha, the former chairman and managing director of Concast Steel and Power, in a 6,211-crore bank fraud case. The court cited his prolonged incarceration and the possibility that the trial may continue for a long time.
