BTB REIT Buys Acheson Industrial Property for $18.75 Million

BTB acquired a 52,197-square-foot single-tenant industrial property in Acheson, Alberta. The trust says its two 2026 industrial acquisitions total $50.25 million, about 195,000 square feet and about $3.7 million in annualized NOI.
