Four Corners Property Trust Extends 66 Darden Restaurant Leases

Four Corners Property Trust executed a master agreement extending all 66 Olive Garden and LongHorn leases maturing in October 2027, plus six leases maturing in October 2028. Extensions are for about five years and include 1.5% annual rent increases.
