Crypto Groups Join Lawsuit Fight Over Illinois Digital-Asset Tax

The Crypto Council for Innovation and Blockchain Association said they would join the Digital Chamber and others in asking an Illinois court to address the merits of a lawsuit over the state’s digital-asset tax, which is set to take effect in 2027.
