Comtech Reports FY26 Adjusted EBITDA of $20.6M, Agrees to $157.5M Sale

Comtech reported FY26 net sales of $249.6 million, adjusted EBITDA of $20.6 million at an 8.3% margin and operating cash flow of $25.0 million. It agreed to sell most of its Satellite & Space Communications segment to Gilat, with closing expected in 2026, and amended its debt to boost flexibility.
