AMASS Brands Receives Nasdaq Notice Over Minimum Bid-Price Rule

The company said its stock failed to meet Nasdaq’s $1.00 minimum bid price for 30 consecutive business days from Aug. 26 through Oct. 8, violating Listing Rule 5450(a)(1). The notice has no immediate effect; the company has until April 7, 2027, to regain compliance.
