Comtech Names CFO-Designate and New General Counsel

Comtech appointed Richard Nyren as EVP, Finance and CFO-designate, succeeding Michael Bondi after its Q1 FY2027 10-Q filing. Amy Rothstein-Hovey will become General Counsel, Chief Legal Officer and Corporate Secretary after the anticipated S&S segment sale closes.
