Lakefront Biotherapeutics Sells Cell Therapy Pipeline

Lakefront Biotherapeutics completed the sale of its early-stage cell therapy pipeline to Armed Cell Therapeutics BV, substantially completing the wind-down of its legacy cell therapy business. The company will receive an upfront payment of around $8.9 million.
