Clear Channel Outdoor Names Wade Davis CEO as Scott Wells Departs

Wade Davis became president and CEO upon consummation of the merger, replacing Scott Wells, who separated from the company. Davis, Lynn Feldman and David Sailer also joined Clear Channel Outdoor.
