Dollar index rises 0.37% at New York close

The dollar index rose to 102.554 on the 14th. EUR/USD fell to 1.1153 from 1.1201, GBP/USD to 1.3181 from 1.3257, and USD/JPY eased to 158.20 from 158.30. USD/CHF, USD/CAD and USD/SEK rose to 0.8345, 1.4247 and 10.0321, respectively.
