Jio Platforms IPO targets $3.2 billion, opens Oct. 21

Jio Platforms filed its red herring prospectus with India’s securities regulator for an IPO expected to raise about 30,200 crore rupees, or $3.2 billion, at the upper end of its 1,069–1,119 rupee price band.
