Median Canadian CEO Pay Climbs 11.8% in 2025

ISS-Corporate calculates that median CEO pay rose 11.8% in 2025, its biggest annual increase in three years. Higher long-term incentive awards drove much of the increase and represented 60% of median total CEO compensation.
