Nordicus Partners Issues $75,000 Demand Note to AC Nordic

Nordicus Partners entered into a $75,000 demand promissory note with AC Nordic for working capital and general corporate purposes. Interest is capped at 6.0% per year or the legal maximum, whichever is lower.
