IBM Study Finds AI-Enabled Breaches Average $6 Million

IBM said one in four malicious breaches in its study involved AI-enabled techniques, with those incidents averaging $6 million versus $4.99 million for breaches overall. The study examined breaches at 602 organizations from March 2025 to February 2026.
