Generali names Moneghini group chief audit officer
By Navneeta Nandan Oct 14 (The Insurer) — Generali said on Wednesday it had appointed Emanuele Moneghini as group chief audit officer, effective October 1. In his new role, Moneghini is responsible for the group audit function and coordinating the group’s internal audit functions. He joined Generali in 2005 as an internal audit manager for group head office and Western Europe. In 2015, he became head of internal audit for Austria, Central and Eastern Europe and Russia, before being elevated to the role of group head of GHO and thematic audit in 2021.
