Sabre Retires 11.125% 2029 Notes and Terminates Indenture

Sabre Financial completed a tender offer for its 11.125% Senior Secured Notes due 2029. Holders tendered $931.6 million, or 93.16%, by the Oct. 12 expiration; Sabre redeemed the remainder on Oct. 13, 2026.
