CDT Notes Sarborg Patent and Values Its Stake at About $161 Million

CDT said Sarborg filed a patent covering novel solid forms of a respiratory medicine. CDT said its 22.7% stake is valued at approximately $161 million, based on Sarborg’s last $125,000-per-share raise.
