Others Asdion Berhad ("Asdion" Or "The Company") -Internal Reorganisation Of Group Structure Asdion Berhad Type Announcement Subject OTHERS Description ASDION BERHAD ("ASDION" OR "THE COMPANY") -INTERNAL REORGANISATION OF GROUP STRUCTURE The Board of Directors of ASDION wishes to announce that the Company, in line with an internal restructuring, the Company had on 12 October 2026 completed the acquisition of two hundred and fifty five thousand (255,000) ordinary shares, representing 51% equity interest in Transeaways Shipping Sdn. Bhd. ("Transeaways") for a total purchase consideration of RM824,734.04 (Ringgit Malaysia Eight Hundred Twenty Four Thousand Seven Hundred Thirty Four and Cents Four) only ("Acquisition") (hereinafter referred to as "Internal Reorganisation"). Consequent thereto, Transeaways became a 51% owned subsidiary of ASDION. The details of the announcement is attached herewith. This announcement is dated 14 October 2026.
